Called a week ago and scheduled an appointment with a lady named Cheryl for today's (2/4/18) appointment at 9am. Been here since 9am. The place is not opened. No one answered the phone and not able to leave a voicemail. Voicemail not set up. WTH.

If I could give half a star, I would. This place is so unprofessional. Personally I am a student studying to earn my ASE certificate for automotive. My sister needed an oil change, after I had offered to do it for her she insisted she just take it to “professionals” I accompanied her to make sure that these “professionals” didn’t try to rip her off or anything because I understand how the oil change industry works. My first complaint is that the second I entered, no lifts to be seen. These employees jack up your vehicle and some did not bother using jack stands. I witnessed a gentleman who was actually using a jack stand, unfortunately he put it directly underneath the door jam which is ALWAYS a big no. Not only is it unsafe it can cause huge damage to your vehicle. A door jam is not meant to support the entire weight of a vehicle! That’s what the jacking points in a car are for. My following complaint is that there were tools throughout the floor. Huge safety hazard especially since there were lug nuts on the floor, very unprofessional looking. An employee was also smoking right in the entrance forcing the customers to second hand smoke. My final complaint would be that they claimed to use fully synthetic oil but refused to tell me or show me the exact oil they were using. They had it in an unlabeled container, the customer being completely unsure if the oil is the right viscosity. I would very much rather do my own oil changes, knowing the job is done right.
